As a consequence of Covid-19 pandemic, many women have lost their jobs or have suffered great loss of income.

Through the exploration of the link between tourism, sustainable development and creativity (UNWTO Action Plan, 2010) Off-the-beaten-track project aims at empowering employability of the above-mentioned women, specifically who are aged over 30 years old.

Partners built a cross-innovative Academy consisting of informal training and mentoring programmes that includes actions and activities like promoting networking, inspiration and empathy, improving creative skills and digital competencies.

One of the first challenging activities of the Academy are the Local Mentoring Programmes, which will take place in the four partner countries: Spain, Slovakia, Estonia, Italy. Besides from the Local Mentoring Programmes, the Academy is composed by a customized path for each participant, webinars, the European Mentoring Programme for the best ideas, and a Hackathon called Hack For Stay; all within a community of women entrepreneurs followed all along the training path by Women Change Makers.

This Call is to be able to access the entire Academy, so, please, be aware that we are looking for someone willing to commit for the whole process of activities of the project.
