Webinar 3: Kick-off your planning process creatively

In our recent webinar, participants were treated to an enlightening session led by Materahub’s qualified trainer and project manager Gabriella Antezza, who has been involved in shaping innovative projects since 2014.

The primary aim of this webinar was to highlight the critical role of planning and creativity in the realm of entrepreneurship. Participants gained valuable insights into the importance of starting their entrepreneurial projects with a creative mindset. By integrating planning and creativity, they were able to lay a strong foundation for their ventures.

The Creative Project Canvas: A major highlight of the webinar was the introduction of the Creative Project Canvas, a unique visual reflection tool developed by Materahub. This powerful resource empowers entrepreneurs to map out their projects comprehensively. By considering various aspects of their ventures, participants learned how to connect the big picture with the finer details of each potential stage.

The session became even more engaging with the inclusion of a practical case study. Attendees witnessed the successful application of the Creative Project Canvas in a real-life scenario within the context of Off The Beaten Track. Italian participants used the tool during National Mentoring Day! They presented a few of their ideas, how they used the tool to develop them, why the tool is useful, and how the tool can support teamwork.
